Term changes are only for packages with a full level of support. There are no term changes for special offers, limited support packages, or free packages. We do not offer downgrades for annual or quarterly terms. There are no term changes if there is an existing unpaid invoice on your account. Feel free to order a new service with your desired term. The pricing for the new package once the term is changed will be the current published pricing for the package and any discounts will be lost.
